Squat - intensity: 1x3 @ 80 kg + 7 microplates
Deadlift- volume: 5x3 @ 77.5 kg
Comments:
Squat: It wasn’t deep enough and hard to do.
Deadlift: it was doable and when I started I was hard because my arms were painful because I did the squat wrong.
Chin-up: 5x3 negatives
