    Bench: I did all very well.

    1x3 @ 102.5 kg ✅
    1x5 @ 90%
    Pause squat - volume: 5x3 @ 62.5 kg ✅
    Curls: 3x8 @10 kg ✅
    Triceps extentions: 3x8 @10 kg ✅
    Chin-ups: 3x6 with band ✅

    Comments:
    Deadlift: I got it done. It was hard.
    Squat: I did pause squat to improve my technique.

    Bench - volume: 5x5 @ 35 kg ✅
    Shoulders raises: 3x10 @ 3.75 kg
    Dumbbell curls: 3x10 @ 5 kg
    Triceps extensions: 3x10 @ 10 kg

    Comments:
    Press: It was very hard.
    Bench: I decided to do 5 reps.

    Comments:
    Squat: I failed when I tried to do 85 kg.
    Deadlift: All great.

    Calf raises: 3x20 @ 20 kg

    Comments:
    Deadlift: I didn't do the drop because I felt so tired.
    Squat: All doable.

    Deadlift- volume: 5x3 @ 70 kg

    Comments:
    Squat: It was very hard, and my drop was more than other days.
    Deadlift: I reduced a lot of the weight because I couldn't do 85 kg.
