    2x5 @ 85%
    Deadlift- volume: 3x5 @ 85 kg

    Comments:
    Squat: I reduced the weight because I was stagnating.
    Deadlift: All doable.

    Press - volume: 3x5 @ 27.5 kg + 7 micro plates
    Chin-up: 3x5 @ negative

    Comments:
    Bench: It was great and not so difficult.
    Press: I did inclination press.

    Pause squat - volume: 3x5 @ 67.5 kg

    Comments:
    Deadlift: I did single. It was very hard.
    Squat: It was ok.

    Comments:
    Press: It was very easy.
    Bench: It was hard.

    Press: I did less weight because I'm not using belt.

    Deadlift: I failrd with 112.5 kg, so I did the volume day.
    Squat: All great.
