    Comments:
    Bench: It was very good.
    Press: I tried 27.5 kg but I failed

    Squat - volume: 3x5 @ 70 kg + 7 micro plates

    Comments:
    Rack pull: This variation was difficult.
    Squat: I failed with 72.5 kg.

    Bench - volume: 3x5 @ 35 kg

    Comments:
    Press: It was easier than I thought.
    Bench: The last one was hard because I was very tired. I tried 37.5 kg but I failed.

    Squat - intensity: 1x1 @ 80 kg + 7 micro plates
    Deadlift- intensity: 1x3 @ 95 kg

    Comments: It was a very bad day.
    Squat: It was supposed to be 1x3 with backoff.
    Deadlift: It was supposed to be 112.5 kg.

    Comments:
    Bench: It was very great and I felt so confident to do this weight.
    Press: It was great too.
