    Pin Press: 1x3 @ 30 kg + 7 micro plates
    Face-pulls: 3x20 @ orage band

    Comments:
    Squat: All great.
    SLD: All great.
    Pin Press: It was like 3x1

    SLD: 5x3 @ 82.5 kg
    Pin Press: 1x3 @ 32.5 kg
    Face-pulls: 3x20 @ orage band
    Barbell Curls 3x10 @15 kg (bar's weight 10 kg)

    Comments:
    Squat: It was hard but ok.
    SLD: Doable.
    Pin Press: Doable. Like 1x2 and 1x1.

    Comments:
    Press: it was horrible.
    Bench: ok
    Chin-up: ok

    Comment:
    Deadlift: I faild.
    Squat: Hard.
