    Squat-volume: 5x3 @ 75 kg
    Face-pulls: 3x20 @ orage band
    Barbell Curl: 3x5 @ 14 kg

    Comment:
    Deadlift: The principal sets I used straps.
    Squat: Hard.

    Press - volume: 5x5 @ 25 kg
    Chin-up: 3x5 @ negativa

    Comments:
    Bench: This day was very cold so maybe it was bad for my performance.
    1x1 @ 42.5 kg
    1x1 @ 47.5 kg
    2x1 @ 42.5 kg
    Press: Great, but it was painful because I did some movement and my neck is hurting.
    Chin-up: It was terrible.

    Defict deadlift: 5x5 @ 70 kg
    Face-pulls: 3x20 @ orage band
    Dumbbell Curl: 3x8 @ 5 kg

    Comments:
    Squat: It was hard and I'm so happy to do it.
    Deficit deadlift: Hard and I used a strap.
    Face-pulls: Ok.
    Dumbbell Curl: New exercise.

    Squat-volume: 5x5 @ 70 kg
    Face-pulls: 3x20 @ orage band
    Barbell Curl: 3x5 @ 15 kg

    Comment:
    Deadlift: I did 100 kg.
    Squat: Great. The third set was better and next training I'm going to do more warm-ups.

    Chin-up: 3x10 @ negative 3 sec.

    Comments:
    Bench: I tried 42.5 kg + 7 micro plates, but it was very hard.
    Press: Great.
    Chin-up: Doable.

    Dumbbell Curl: 3x10 @ 7.5 kg

    Comments:
    Squat: Great.
    Deficit deadlift: Doable.
    Face-pulls: ok.
    Dumbbell Curl: It was easier than I thought maybe because I did before deadlift.
