    Defict deadlift: 5x3 @ 85 kg
    Face-pulls: 3x20 @ orage band
    Barbell Curl: 3x8 @ 15 kg

    Comments:
    Squat: Great.
    SLD: I tried 90 kg, but I failed.

    Press - volume: 5x5 @ 27.5 kg + 7 micro ❌
    Chin-up: 3x6 @ orage band // It was to be 3x10

    Comments:
    Bench: I failed.
    1x1@ 52.5 kg ❌; 1x1 @ 50 kg ❌; 1x1 @ 47.5 ✔ ; 1x1 @ 50 kg ❌; 1x1 @ 47.5 ✔ ;
    Press: I did 5x3 @ 27.5 kg + 7 micro

    The 47.5 isn't a bench PR??
    You've been making excellent progress in here, 52.5 (what's that 115-116#?) seems like a big jump, depending on how hard the last intensity bench (99#x2 or 3?) felt...

    Ah, I see its in your comments. Maybe it's too heavy to repeat TODAY - but don't worry - you'll get there!

    It's a little frustrating when I tried and I failed. ��
    But, we continue until doing 50 kg and maybe in December, I will do 60 kg.
