Went for +10/+20 again. They came up without drama. Squats are beginning to look the first little bit challenging.

Still moving well. Into challenging territory but not crushing: Likely several +5s in press and bench remain in the tank.

Deadlift: 365 (5PR!)
Another +10/+10 for Seth.
It's also the first time we're entirely certain that we're in PR country for sets of 5 on these lifts.

Last two sessions before Seth takes some Christmas vacation. Decided to run some singles.
Bench: 255x5, 275x1, 295x1 (PR!)
295 was rough for him, but it never stopped moving.
Press: 135x1, 155x1, 165x1, 170x1, 175x1 (PR!)
Seth hasn't pressed before we started this LP, so every session is a PR. Last time we did 145 for sets across, and today he added 30 pounds to that to hit 175. And he still had more in the tank; probably had 185 if we'd taken it.

Another session of ascending singles.
Squat: 280x5 (5PR), 305x1, 325x1 (PR!)
A 10lb lifetime PR for Seth, in week 4 of training. We also took 335 for a ride, but he cut depth so we're not counting it.
Deadlift: 365x1, 395x1, 415x1, 425x1 (PR!)
20lb lifetime PR on deadlift, week 4 of training.

4DLP, Christmas Vacation
Recommended if Seth was able to get in for one session during the Xmas leave, he should do 1x5 of all four major lifts, at his previous best fahve, just to stay current so we could progress uninterrupted after vacation. He executed:
Squat: 280x5
Press: 145x5
Bench: 255x5
Deadlift: 365x5

Christmas leave is over, and Seth is back on the Gain Train.

Press: 150x5x3
These came up well enough, but I think we're headed to top-and-drop next.

Strong, but wobbly: Seth finally believes he needs shoes. Thankfully, they're on the way in the mail. Maybe have them by next session. Hope so.
Deadlift: 370x5 (5PR)
