4DLP, Week 15D2
Job tempo is still on the up-ramp so there's lots of playing by ear going on here. Still had a good day.
Squat (Intensity): 415x1 (PR), 425x1 (PR!) Video of 425 at Login • Instagram
Seth was happy about this. Watched depth in slowmo and freeze frame so many times, and ended up sending the video to a SSC friend by text. Overall verdict is ... it counts.
Deadlift (Volume): 315x10 (10PR)
Time was short. Seth was lined up on 315, with not much time left before lunch break was over, so I said, "Take it for 10." He did. So uh ... 10PR I guess.
One day, I might actually eat lunch during lunch break. But today wasn't that day.

Mr B, yep. Seth's doing a great job, despite all the work-stuff that creeps in. Every day we're texting each other about which gym is open when, and if a session at X time at Y location will work for both of us. But he's stronger than he expected to be, basically ever, and certainly within 15 weeks of work.
4DLP, W15D3: Upper Body Volume
Bench: 235x5x4
Press: 155x5x3
Got 7 good sets in. Might do two more "volume" type sessions next week, and forego intensity day altogether until the following week, since some volume has been missed recently.

4DLP, W15D4
Squat: 335x5x3 (Sets Across PR)
Seth was super fatigued today. Barely made it through these, and at least one rep from each set was slightly high. Got the volume in, though. I think next week, first squat session, will be a "light" day of 315x5x2.
Deadlift: 375x4
Wanted volume here; asked him to give me 375x5x2. Couldn't get through set 1. Definitely on the fatigue bus.

4DLP, W16D1 through 3
Man, I suck at logging sometimes.
D1
Press: 155x5x4
Bench: 245x5x3
More volume.
D2
Squat (Light): 315x5x2
Deadlift (Light): 345x3x2
Some fatigue reduction from this I hope.
D3
Press: 160x5x3 (Maybe a sets across PR? I'll have to check)
Bench: 235x5x3, 235x10 (10PR!)
Last bench set, Seth said, "I'm going to try this for 10. Rep 1 through 9 were quick and smooth; 10 was a grinder for the last four inches at the top but he got it up.
I hope for an intensity move on squat and deadlift this Saturday, and similar for bench and press on Monday.

4DLP, W16D4
So ... Seth's not doing ANY novice-protocol programming anymore; the various lifts have morphed either toward Texas Method or HLM style protocols, but I'm staying in the Novice log until I lose him next month, just for continuity of records.
Squat (Intensity): 375x5 (5PR!)
Took another +10 on his 5PR, and he handled it readily.
Deadlift (Intensity): 455x1 (PR!)
Added +15 to his last deadlift PR, and it moved nicely, as well.

4DLP, W17 D 1 and 2
I'm the worst at punctual logging, lately.
D1: Uppers
Press: 200x1 (PR!)
In the Sticker club for this one. Only the deadlift remains.
Bench: 325x0, 295x1
Seth's calorie deficit is killer right now. Think he's down 8 pounds. Squat and deadlift haven't been impacted yet, but his upper body stuff is lagging some.
D2: Lowers
Squat: 385x3 (3PR!), 325x5x2
Deadlift: 415x3x2 (3PR!) (V6 PR!)
Good day on lowers.

4DLP W17D3
Press: 190x2 (2PR), 165x5x2
Bench: 265x5x3 (Sets across PR)
Good day for uppers.

4DLP, W17D4
Squat (Intensity): 395x5 (5PR!)
So this is +20 on Seth's last best 5RM of 375, only two sessions ago. After this, we skipped deadlifts and bolted.
Killer squat day for Seth.

4DLP, W18D1
Press: 170x5x3 (Sets Across PR)
Bench: 300x3 (3PR!)
Still hitting targets. I've got somewhere between 3 and 7 more weeks with Seth; trying to hit some big ones before he has to leave me.
