Basic instinctive
Will start logging here. 42 year old with 25 years training and a few injuries under the belt. Gyms only just reopened here so starting some light work with the aim of a slow and steady rebuild. Most of the year been on bodyweight and kettlebells. Fit but weak

2. Zercher squat - 60,80kg x 5, 90kg x 3 x 5
3. Bench - as above
4. Weighted chin - bw & 15kg x 5 x 5
5. Seated dB press - 2x26kg x 3 x 5
6. Seated dB curl - 2x16kg x 3 x 5
7. Lunchtime walk
