Started up starting strength again after about a year doing nothing, bought a house last year and got laid off during the summer so was busy then not motivated to train. Been back at it about a month now.
Stats: Male 26 6'3" 280lbs. Current weight
290lbs starting weight.
Started all the lifts fresh to ease back into things

Power cleans 5x3 65
Band assisted chins 3x5
Last deadlift 1x5 325lbs
Last Press 3x5 100lbs
Last curls 3x5 55lbs
Weights have gone up every works out nothing has been hard or heavy yet other than chins, just following the progression to not hurt myself.

Squats are starting to slow down, going to have to do 5lbs jumps per workout now was doing 10.
