Squats did not go well this week, even after applying the generous advice from the technique forum, so I will just deload and work on my form from there (slower descent, eliminate any pause, move bar lower on my upper back). Deadlifts were also not great, I felt my grip slipping on 350, and 355 ripped it from my hands on the last rep. I "think" it might be time to switch to alternating deadlifts/cleans with chin-ups to help my CNS recover so I'm not so fatigued with my bar pulls, but I will post in the programming forum soon and ask what I should do from here, assuming my recovery and progress are all correct.

I injured my hand in a car door on Tuesday of this week, I'm only just now able to fully close my hand. Starting back up as soon as I can grip the bar securely, which I hope is tomorrow or Sunday.
