Well well well, part of my log that went poof, was going on about how I had done something to something just under my right shoulder blade. Couldn’t figure out what.
Took a nice nap Saturday, pushed my workout to Sunday. And Sunday still was not sure what it was from, even deadlifts didn’t bother it.
Well, today I found it. Something about chest up coming up from a squat. Warmups gave me a hint, yup musta pulled something.
First work set rep heard a tiny little “tink”, like a single rice crispy and could feel whatever it was not happy. Gave rep two a go, nope set that right down on the safetys. Called it a day.
Then taking out the big recycling bin, I reached out to grab and drag it with my right hand, and heard a pop, like popping my finger knuckle, from under my right shoulder blade. Yes I could hear it was back to the right. Ouch.
So now I’m in the recliner, lap dog on lap, with two ibuprofens. I swear the dog’s helping the most. Looking forward to how I feel tomorrow.
On the upside, I got one rep at 195, and even better I can feel the low bar stretching working.
