I think Adam’s coaching is really helping. Before I was making progress but getting injured (pulled back muscle or something).
He said weak back, more deadlifting sets. I would’ve never tried that.

Left knee’s been hurting for several days. Something from few years back that comes and goes. I think sleeping on my right side aggravates it.
Funny I’m limping up stairs and around the kitchen. But I can still squat and deadlift once I get set in position. Anyway last time it flared up, I slept in the recliner with a pillow under it and took long walks. I’ll try that again.

Also my back’s been aching just by my right shoulder blade, my old nemesis. Has been slowly getting worse over the last couple weeks.
So Adam backed off my squats some to let it recover. Which worked last time.

Today marks one year from my start of SS.
Lots of pros. Lower back never hurts anymore, feet don’t hurt anymore, BP med doesn’t make me dizzy anymore, all the stuff noted before.
Hired an SSOC about halfway in… that’s helped a lot.
I started from nothing really, never having lifted before. So far my PRs are 122.5, 152.5, 245, 302.5.
