Adam suggested I try deadlifting in flat shoes (as opposed to my squat high heels), I ordered Sabo HD
Oh and I also got a Texas squat bar, knurled most of the way across. I love it. I know my squats aren’t big, but my back has the old guy hunch and the bar always slips higher rep by rep. I hate it getting up on my traps/neck on that last PR rep. Problem solved.
