    Body forgot

    Squat was to be 252.5 x 4,4,4, but this Y has very slick bars - keeps sliding up at the bottom. So got 252.5 x 3,1 gave up and did 225 x 5,5,5 as I can hold that low in the bottom.
    I gotta figure out a trick for slick bars on travel, flypaper or something, ha.
    Pin press 132.5 x 2,2,2,2,2
    Rack pull miss loaded was to be 360 but did 340 x 5

    Sat 12-17-22 tried to do extra to make up for the missed midweek workout

    Squat pause 262.5 x 1 unpause 272.5 x 1 and 240 x 5 and paused 225 x 5,5

    Footnote. These cross country trips used to beat me up and make me really feel my age. 5 hours in an airplane seat, hundreds of yards walking in the airports, wagging my computer bag up and down stairs for meetingsÖ Iíve achieved a level of strength/muscle mass that I feel like Iím 30 doing all this.     I seem to remember reading that Charlocity2 said that he had a shirt that helped with that. You might search his log or message him if possible. I hope this helps. Great work by the way! Merry Christmas!

    Yes thank you, I was just looking back at some videos, Iíve been at this just under two years, wow it has really made a difference in my daily life.
