    Hi Fred, I have a plate loaded lat machine with a seat and pad that holds the knees down. I also have a Nautilus chest press pull down combo machine. It is the leverage machine, plate loaded.

    You guys’ logs keep me motivated.

    Adam has me backing off a bit, I was ramping back too fast. And he has me doing a bit of volume.

    Summary

    Body forgot but 220.something this AM
    Fat forgot
    Squat 180 x 5,5,5
    Press 85 x 5,5,5,5
    Bench 107.5 x 5,5,5
    Deadlift 200 x 5,5,5

    Ran out of gas and ate dinner between press and bench. Finished late. Feel fine this morning.

    Easing back into my “chins”, and Adam has me pause at the top to put more effort into them.

    Ugh, I’ve lost weight from the dental surgery, gotta start stuffing 250g protein in my face again…

    Deadlift 215 x 5,5 little heaver less volume on my light volume squat day
    Nose ups 6,6,6 w/rubber band on hole 4 pause at top
