Note to self. I can feel my right side getting a bit sore, started after last Wednesday. Weird, that’s a light day. Anyway it’s holding at not too bad. Keeping an eye on it.
Tried something new for chin-ups, put my feet up on the bench, then hung from my arms with my butt just off the ground. A progression step. I can do about half way up. So I’ll try these for awhile.

Only got doubles on my press work sets today.

Note to self, right side holding, took 2 ibuprofen each night.
Adam lightened my heavy squats a bit, and cut back them and my heavy deadlifts to triples. Also he gave me some lighter volume on bench, I think maybe to help me have another go at my 114 press triples Monday.
