Sometimes you can hang the necessary plate from the selector pin on the weight stack which may be a bit more convenient. In your case, put the pin at 70 and hang a 5 pound plate. Your way works too but just a suggestion

Lat chins at the Y. Machine has 20lb jumps. 160 was too much. I slipped two 2.5s on the handlebar to make it 155. Very last rep was more lips than chin. I’ll go 157.5 next time.

Was in the teens on the porch this morning. We got our Christmas snow on the 26th. Took the boys sledding. Anyway I chickened out and went to LA Fitness for one of three free trial days… it was a tossup with the freezing porch… the Y is better, less crowded at the racks. But they’re closed all week.
