how'd you manage to lose weight over New Year's lol?
Third and final workout at LA Fitness. Wore my son’s soccer shin guards to keep the hex plate deadlifts from bruising my shins. That worked fine. I could make LA Fitness do if I had to. But I like my porch so much better. If it’s too cold the Y is my backup.

Weird, right. I was sure I’d set a new lifetime PR, ha!
My weight always bounces around a pound or two. I have to watch the trend, which is running at over a pound a month since last Feb when I started, while holding my gut between 42 and 43.
Still snowy, wet and cold on the porch. Worked out at the Y, better.
