First time for pin press today. I expected them to be easier as you’re starting higher. But not for me. Had to pull weight off to do them. I’ll see what Adam says.

Pin press, if its at the sticking point, wouldn't it make sense that its harder, but will help you power through that sticking point in the full lift?? (inquiring minds want to know, I never do them, perhaps I should).
I just was catching up, decided to say kudos, you've made some amazing progress here. Great job!!

I think you’re right Deb.
I had watched the SS videos and they all say you can pin press more than you can press…
I guess you “can” all things being equal. But for me I usually fail right above my forehead, so pin pressing will work that… and then I’ll be able to pin press more. Ah ha.
And thanks Deb, even though I got down to 2.5 lb a week, it still adds up nicely over a few months!
