Nice work, how are you dealing with the heat. I've at least been able to work up a good sweat the last few " exercise" days. My grandson came over to WO yesterday, he did DL, BP and low cable rows ans a short farmers walk. My godson opted to go to a gym he joined( has AC), I called him a pussy.

Hey Jerry! Thanks. Here in the Seattle area it’s been in the low 80’s a few workout days. I pushed my evening workout to 9PM to avoid some of that heat. I can’t imagine porch workouts if I still lived in Texas.
It’s so great that your grandson works out with you. Occasionally I can get one of my boys to help me put all the weights away. My oldest, 17, is the best about it. He hooked up with his buddies a couple times at the Y.
So I got him the Blue Book. Maybe it will take over time. You know how you think there not listening - but actually they were, just had to sink in. Here’s hoping.

News to me, if you are a YMCA member, most (some?) Ys will honor your membership. So I’m on a business trip and checked out the closest Y. It worked. Only had dress shoes, no lifting belt, and I’m zonked. But got in a bit of a workout. Next time I’ll bring squat shoes and lifting belt.
