    Took my lifting gear to CT for biz trip, absolutely no time. Long meetings. So I focused on eating steak and salmon, that’s part of training, right?

    Deadlift was to be 325 x 5,5,5 but I loaded 355 and gave it a pull, weird seems hard, pull again, wow pretty hard. Stare at it for a while, big breath big pull, got a single. Hmmm out comes the calculator, yup math hurts. So loaded 325 and got a double, then a triple. And called it.

    Rack pull 370 x 3 and 320 x 5 I’ve decided to just use straps on all my rack pull top sets after hearing Rip’s advice that you don’t really notice that your grip is limiting you. They did feel stronger without focusing on grip.
    Negative chins 5,5,5,5,5 moved these to Sunday for more time to get them done.

    Whew, caught my log up.
