    Squat: 1x5@135kg (297lb), 2x5@123kg (270lb)
    Press: 5x5@43kg (94lb)

    Bicep curl: 4x8@22kg (48lb)
    Hamstring curl: 4x12@28kg (61lb)

Idea with squat is to maintain it at the current level. I hope that one heavy set a week will be enough, followed by two back off sets. If this is going to affect recovery for deadlifts I will reduce squatting even more. I'm not especially satisfied with my form during the heavy set during this specific session. Press was rather easy.

    Squat: 2x5@101kg (222lb)
    Press: 10x1@47kg (103lb)
    Bench press: 1x5@85kg (187lb)
    Deadlift: 1x5@117kg (257lb)

    Bicep curl: 4x10@22kg (48lb)

Light squat was more a warmup. Press was easy 10 singles. Bench was a bit easier than I had expected. Deadlift was most likely the most difficult out of all the lifts. Generally nothing crazy, I wanted to start lighter then I had to and see what is going to happen in a few weeks. Now it is time to rest.

    Squat: 2x5@101kg (222lb)
    Bench press: 5x5@78kg (171lb)
    Deadlift: 3x5@101kg (222lb)

    Bicep curl: 4x12@22kg (48lb)

Bench was rather easy but my right shoulder hurt due to some inflammation there. Deadlift was ok. Hard to say anything more. Generally pleasant session.

    Press: 5x5@44kg (96lb)

    Bicep curl: 4x8@23kg (50lb)
    Hamstring curl: 4x12@29kg (63lb)

Today, it was Wednesday so I asked 135kg how it was going and it told me that it was still really heavy. Now seriously, press was not bad, however I have impression that last week pressing went more smoothly. I guess that's it.

    Squat: 2x5@101kg (222lb)
    Press: 10x1@48kg (105lb)
    Bench press: 1x5@86kg (189lb) 3RM,4RM,5RM PR
    Deadlift: 1x5@119kg (261lb)

    Bicep curl: 4x10@23kg (50lb)

In case of press some reps were slightly challenging but I think it was due to short breaks between sets so no problem here. Bench was not bad either. Deadlift was not easy in any way but I remember much tougher sets. Overall not bad.

Thank you Mr. Bingley. Not sure how 1x5 compares with 3x5. I hit 3x5@85kg a couple months back and it felt much worse than this 1x5@86kg at least as far as I remember. Currently I'm trying to implement your advice and build a bit my deadlift. The second priority is press. Thank you again for your support, I really appreciate it.

    Squat: 2x5@101kg (222lb)
    Bench press: 5x5@78.5kg (172lb)
    Deadlift: 3x5@103kg (226lb)

    Bicep curl: 4x12@23kg (50lb)

Bench press was rather easy, my right shoulder is better but still not fully recovered. Deadlift was manageable. I think that's it for today.
