    Bench press: 4x6@87.5kg (192.5lb)

    I clearly didn't get enough sleep during the weekend. I had to use squat rack without safeties. Overall squats felt heavy which is rather disappointing. Bench press was challenging but I managed to do all the planned reps this time.

    Bench press: 2x6@90kg (198lb), 1x5@90kg (198lb), 1x3@90kg (198lb) 5RM PR

    Squats were challenging but nothing especially hard. I expected this 125kg triple to be heavy but it was not. In case of bench I forgot to put micro-plates to my gym bag and I had to use 90kg instead of 88.5kg. In third set the 5th rep was difficult enough to convince me the 6th one would not go. In case of the last set I think I could do the 4th rep but simply chickened without a spotter.

    Bench press: 2x10@81kg (178lb), 1x8@81kg (178lb)

    I think this session is result of insufficient recovery this week. I may switch to doubles in case of deadlift. I does not really matter much since I will be off first half of August and my recovery is going to be really bad during that time so I will have to reset after that anyway. Next week I'm going to repeat the same numbers.

    Squats were not easy but not too difficult either. I'm rather curious how this is going to work forward. Bench felt very heavy and my shoulder and elbows hurt so I decided to let it rest.

    Squats were relatively easy. Generally 10 reps never is really easy but considering this fact, it was quite easy. Bench is not there yet. The failure in the last set was mainly due to bad bar path.
