    Deadlift was super heavy but hit this important number.

    Bench press regressed, I think this is mainly due to lack of sleep.

    Deadlift: 2x3@162.5kg (357.5lb), 1x5@145kg (319lb) 5RM PR
    Bench press: 3x10@82kg (180lb)

    Deadlift was very heavy and I'm really happy I hit 5RM PR, the previous one was one and a half years ago. Bench was tough, the last rep in the last set was the absolute limit, actually I was really surprised I managed to finish it.

    Bench press: 4x6@90kg (198lb)

    Decided to skip squats this time since I didn't feel too well. Eventually I did 3 sets of 5 with 110kg which was not easy at all. It was more in order to do something than nothing. I'm happy with the bench press, eventually I managed to do all 4 sets.

    Bench press: 2x10@83kg (182lb), 1x9@83kg (182lb)

    Last deadlift session before a break. I'm satisfied, after the break I'm going to go back to fives for the main set. In case of the bench press I failed the last rep in the last set, actually I didn't try because the ninth felt like all I had. After the break I will reset anyway and we will see how far I will be able to get.

    The last session before a two week break. Usually I react pretty badly to layoffs and this time there is no option to get any training at all and most likely the diet is going to be poor as well. I will need some time to get back to regular training after the break. Considering those nothing crazy here. Squat session was easy. I was entirely empty after 5 reps in the last set of the bench but this is still a new PR.
