After a 2 week off Barbell, I came back and I did the following today:
Squat
140kg x5
Press
70kg x3, 1, 1
Deadlift
150kg x5
-
Hopefully the break was for good reasons (vacation, etc.) and not bad (illness, etc.).
Keep at it!
