    I watched you 3/10 squat video. Depth was spot on except for a couple of times at heavy weight. Good grind.
    Deadlift: Yes, your back was occasionally rounded. Not a terrible amount and not on every lift. But it was rounded.

    I think both problems can start to be eliminated if you get proper lifting shoes. Tennis shoes provide almost no stability on any lift.

    I'm happy to see that you can do power clean. I did not start until I was 66 and I couldn't do any power cleans. Bravo to you. Age does take a toll.

    Squat: In my super intelligent mind, I always thought that I have a BROAD WIDE shoulder and thus the wide stance :-).
    This time, I read the blue book again and I narrow my stance to the proper CORRECT shoulder width :-).

    Learning the movement again, this time doing the back extension.

    I did the following yesterday. :-)
    Squat
    140kg x1
    140kg x2
    140kg x0!

    Press
    67.5kgx5x3! Yeay!

    Power Clean
    77.5kgx1x 6 Singles, I think. :-(

    End Result:
    Sleep like a log last night! No disruption. I think I slept almost for 8 hours! :-)

    I missed 1 workout on last Tuesday due to some things that need to be taken care of. :-(
    So I did my workout yesterday, the 25th of March and here it is:

    Squat 140kg
    Set 1: 3 Reps
    Set 2: 3 Reps
    Set 3: 4 Reps
    Nowhere near 3x5, still trying to reach below parallel. I will do better next time.

    Bench 90kg
    3x5...yeay!

    Deadlift 140kg
    4 Reps...rounded. :-(
    1 rep...still rounded.
    1 last rep...narrow my grip, stance, mid foot etc...kinda looks better...I think. This is one lift that is so hard to master! The rest are also not that easy to master. HA!

    Why do you think you missed on the squats for 3/20? Those are impressive presses. I stand in awe of anyone who can do power cleans. Good work.

    When do your proper weight lifting shoes come?

    I think I squat a little high. I did squats yesterday. Do a 90% reset and I think I hit depth!

    70kgx5x3 YEAY!

    Power Clean
    Did a 10% reset.
    67.5x3x5 YEAY!

    3 seldom YEAY! are so hard to come by these weeks. :-)

    Deadlift
    140kg x 5...still working on my technique. :-(
