It was a very sunny Wednesday. A beautiful 21st of July, and I did Squat 112.5kg for 3x3, followed by Dumbbell Bench Press with a pair of 32.5kg for 2x9 and Deadlift with 115kg for 1x3 and then I went home for a brunch with family. Happy life.

It was a cloudy day in Jakarta.
I did Squat with 115kg for a 3x3.
I did Press with 70kg for a total of 15 reps.
I did Power Clean with 70kg for a total of 10 reps.
definately got to work on my Power Clean.

It was raining all night here in Jakarta. Big heavy rain!
Then I had a quarrel with wife, things get awry, so I left home without proper lunch, regretted it and proceed to:
Squat
130kg 3x3
And because I did not have proper lunch and keep thinking about the quarrel, my body is in the gym but my mind is at home.
So I skipped my Press and Power Clean and that's my training for the day.
Then, I went home to make peace with my wife, we have a nice chat, go for a lovely 2 kilometer evening walk, she fixes me dinner and everything ends well.
