    Workout at 5pm, did Squats 132.5kg x5 followed by 120kg 2x5 and that took an hour. :-(
    Will try to do Bench Press and Deadlift tommorow.

    After about 1 week of taking 3 gram of creatine in the morning with my cup of hot chocolate, my body weight is 95kg, height is still the same, no change, obviously.
