Hi Bill,
A few week ago, I train at evening at around 4pm and everytime I did a Squat-Press-Pull, I can't sleep at night. So I thought that a 4 day split Intermediate should be my next progress, I did it but still I got problem sleeping, especially when I push myself too hard, you know what I mean? :-). I did try to train at around 1PM, but still the problem persists.
Then last Thursday, I tried out a local gym, switch to training in the morning at 9am, did a Squat-Press-Pull and I didn't have trouble sleeping. I trained again on last Saturday, same time, and I slept good at night. So, I think I good for now and I decided to give the NLP another try this time. :-). What do you think, Bill?
Cheers,
Raymond

Well, I certainly can't argue with those results. Sufficient sleep is a wonderful thing (something I wish I understood in my 20s, 30s & early 40s). Since you are now getting adequate sleep post-morning workout, I would definitely keep going with that as long as you can. And with that consideration, I'd certainly continue to run NLP as long as you can, too. It's a great program.
Keep at it!
