    That's a shame to read about being out of breath during the Haltings, Raymond. Hopefully that's not a new development.

    I had the opposite issue today during Romanian Deadlifts. I realized when I was almost done with my first set that I was only taking a breath every 2-3 reps. I expected to be completely gasping by the time the set was done, but no. I'm still perplexed by it.

    What's up Bill! I guess I am not for the extra bracing required for doing Haltings. I did Haltings today, still out of breath :-), but I managed to do a 2x4. I am happy for your Romanian Deadlifts. 1 breathe for every 2-3 reps is amazing!
