    How are your recovery elements (calories, sleep, etc.) going, Raymond? You pulled 180kg from the floor just a few weeks ago, so it's odd that you got a x0 on that 180kg rack pull. Or is it just a matter of being a new movement?

    i think that's it bill. rack pull is a new movement to me. 180kg just won't even move a hair.

    All of the 2 power racks in the gym are being used and I have no time for waiting so I did:

    2x Dumbbell Press
    2x 36kg x5

    Chin Up,
    x7, x3, x1

    Lunges, Turkish Get Up, and then get up and leave the gym...:-(

    Sunday, 12th of December 2021 800AM

    Squat 160kg x4, x4, x3

    Press 85kg x0 :-(

    Snatch 30kg 4x2
