It's been three weeks since you did that specific combo of workout, then ran your CGBPs to failure. That alone would influence your chins. But what was your bodyweight change between those two? (no need to answer, just check). If you put on 2-3kg, then that x4 third set really makes sense. Overall, it's still only 2 reps less than that 28-11-2022 session.
