    Hi.
Just want to share what I did yesterday.

    SQ
    152.5kg 3x5 yeay!

    Bench
    77.5kg x3
    77.5kg x4
    77.5kg x3
    :-(

    Deadlift
    155kg x5 or more likely a 155kg x 1x5 :-(

I let the camera on and let it record all my workout. I did some editing just now, throw away the non-watchable parts. Video can be found here:

Comments and critics are always welcome. You guys are great over here!

    Cheers!

Welcome. You are a strong young lad. What are your height, weight, and age?

Impressive lifts. How long have you been at it?

Comments on lifts: Squat: You need to go about 1 to 1 1/2 deeper.
Bench: Arch your back and keep chest up. If you do this your head will not lift off of the mat.
Dead: Once you grab the bar do not release it.

I make mistakes after 8 years of lifting. I'm certainly not perfect but those changes will make your lifts more valuable.

Good work! Jealous of all that space you have. My rack is rather crowded.

The place used to be my place of business, a warehouse. Long story short, the business is gone, and thus it become my gym now. :-)

    Default Yesterday...

    Here's my workout from yesterday:

    SQ
    155kg x 1
    155kg x 2
    155kg x 2
    155kg x 1
    It's nowhere near 3x5 but I think I hit depth...almost :-)
Thanks to the advice from carson,

    Press
    72.5kg x 3
    72.5kg x 3
    72.5kg x 3
It is nowhere near 3x5 too!

    Power Clean
    Warm up ok.
    75kgx0x5
I simply can't do a single rep of the working weight. :-(
Has this happen to anyone? FYI, this is not the first time that it happenned.

Anyway, I post a video of my squat here:

    Squat Video
    Squat 155kg x 4 - YouTube

    Bench
    97.5kgx4
    97.5kgx3
    97.5kgx2

:-( I set up the safety to the correct height and I did an all out bench sessions. Felt good!

I followed Carson's advice and grab the bar ALL THE WAY! I did record a video of my deadlift and my back is rounded...yikes!!!

    Here's video for Deadlift.

    starting strength coach development program
Yesterday, following Pete Troupos' precious advice, I did narrower stance. IT WAS HARDER! Definately harder. I took videos of the workout, compared it to the blue book and my stance is still too wide. Yikes! Anyway, my quad definately felt better after did the better stance. No more strange tightness like before. :-)
    Heres what I did:
    SQ
    155kg x1
    155kg x2
    155kgx0 !!!
    155kg x1

    Press
    65kgx5x3 Yeah!

    Power Clean
I did what Troupos said, did the back extension. Hope I did it right, I was supposed to do 77.5kgx3x5 but I only managed to do warm up sets and 1 rep of 77.5kg. :-(

    Cheers,

    Raymond
