    I'm dealing with minor knee pain after each set in the squat. Generally, occur after work, so it's no big deal.
    I slept about 5 hours today.

    I just completed my first week of training after a long layoff.
    I slept about 5 hours and felt drained due to work yesterday.

    Since I'm off from work, I slept about 10 hours, so I'm feeling good.
    My elbows tend to flare out on the ascent on the bench. I need to focus on pushing the bar back to my shoulder then straight up.

    I slept 4 hours today due to my kids screaming during the day.

    I think I slept 8 hours on and off felt like shit all night at work but felt normal after I did my lifts.

    I slept about 10 hours.
    My grip on the deadlift started to fail on the third rep, so I switch to hook grip.
    Going to make 5-pound jumps on the squat and introducing power clean on my next session.

    Hungover with a fair amount of sleep.
    I am pretty sure I have a slight arm pull in the clean. (STIFF ELBOWS!)
    My squats seemed a bit high, but that could be due to the camera angle.
    One final note, I'm lacking leg drive on the bench.

    I slept from 2 PM to 8 PM. My body decided to wake up twice, so my goose is cooked.

    I'm considering a light day for my squats due to the lack of sleep.

    Now on my press going to start doing a top set with two back-off sets. I probably need to ground myself better and figure out my breathing.... or perhaps 5x3

    starting strength coach development program
    I slept a good 7 hours.
    I somehow aggravated my low back last week. It's most likely from the bar catching the top of the J-hook from them being too low while racking. Generally, it hurts when sitting and training. The shitty part, this was an old injury four years ago with the leg press, and it persisted for two years. I can train through it.

    PC are the worst, I'm probably arm pulling buuut whooo knows.
    One final note, I hired an SSC online just in case if I do something stupid.
