    I can't seem to get the PC either; I have yet to figure out where my bare 15 kg bar is supposed to land. At least you are moving some weight! Please keep us posted on your online coaching experience.

    Thanks! It just takes practice. You're going to end up smacking your throat a few times before you get the jump timing right. When videoing yourself, pay attention to your elbows. Armpulling the main issue with the cleans, the catch, not so much. You got it!

    I'll give an update on the SSC online coaching in a few weeks. On the plus side, I live by the coach in case I can't fix a movement.

    I slept 8 hours and off for a week
    I guess I'm losing body fat. I'm on the fourth hole on my belt, almost to my fifth. I started on the third hole.

    Let’s be real, I rather squat and deadlift than the hellish power clean.

    I'm still trying to fix my Robo squats. My hip and shoulder are not in sync and it bothers the fuck out of me.

    Five weeks in.
    I gained about 5 pounds weighing 265
    Luckily, I lost two inches off my waist.
    Hook grip finally becoming more manageable.

    I slept from 1 PM to 3:45 PM and work all night. Everything hurts, please end me.
    The elbow flare needs to stop on the bench.
    I got a few reps on PC and started arm pulling. Then afterward, I got lightheaded and pretty much collapse to the ground. Sooo, I called it quits

    • Squat 270 x 5 x 3
    • Bench 240 x 5,5,6
    • PC: body didn’t compute.
