    Some missed sessions.

    Not bad considering it's not a squat day. Corey's shoes came in. We'll do some light volume tomorrow to try to prime for next week.

    Missed last rep on the bench. Oh well.

    Corey only got one session last week. Squats are falling behind as a result, but upper body work today went well.

    Got the work done. 135 was Corey's lifetime best single. He took it for 5 today.

    Bad slot on set 1; Cory couldn't get a second rep. Rested 5 minutes, coached him "up and back," and he powered through.

    Bench: 185x3 (3PR!), 2 (2PR!); 160x5x2

    Trying for 5, got all the reps ... but turned what would've been a PR set of 5 into a triple and double. Still a good day.
