Corey had to dip out after squats, but it was a good day of squatting. 185 flew so fast and smooth, and then he took a 10lb PR at 215 that glided, and another 10lb PR at 225 that was a little grindy but not more than 3 seconds of ascent. I'm going to take a +10 on squats and hit 195 across with him on Thursday, Deo Volente.
