    Squat and deadlift again: Slight schedule shift since they're closing the on-post gyms for 4 days in celebration of Independence Day.

    Squat: 295x1 (PR), 305x1 (PR), 315x1 (PR!)

    +30 on best squat single. 315 looked like a 3rd attempt at a meet: Hard fight.

    Deadlift: 320x3 (3PR!), 275x6

    Smooth PR triple. Was supposed to be followed by 2x3 @ 275, but I told Dov if he felt froggy he could get it done in "one touch" if he wanted to. He knocked it out handily.

    Gonna give Dov a "break" on press for awhile with triples. Each new triple will be a PR for awhile though. Good problem to have.

    Dov took a sets across PR at his 5RM load, and got cheeky and took 6 reps on the last set.

    This week, Dov's lifting only 2 days, and only for maintenance/volume. He's away in the field most of the week, and these two sessions are what I hope will keep him in a place that we can move forward the following week (Week 15) rather than re-covering old ground.

    Dov wants to go full-send, super-aggressive through the end of September, at which time he'll have a prolonged switch to alternate training to do Sapper school.
