We're about done here, except for a small local competition this coming Saturday (we learned it existed today at lunch; signed up shortly after). After that comp (which is hopefully a 9 for 9, with a PR in each lift) Dov needs to shift training paradigms to be competitive in the Sapper School environment.

THE LAST DAY
The competition was canceled, so we did a mock-meet for Dov at the Specker Gym on Fort Leonard Wood.
Squat: 315, 335 (PR!), 340 (Miss)
+10lbs on squat PR.
Bench: 252.5 (PR!), 255 (PR!), 265 (Miss)
+5lbs on bench PR.
Deadlift: 335, 365 (PR!), 385 (Miss)
+10 on deadlift PR.
Great day and a great 5-month training block.
Overall, Dov added 230lbs to his 3-lift total. Now he's off to trim up and get fast for Sapper.
