Dov managed to sneak in from the field for a midweek lift; he just repeated his work from Sunday to try to maintain strength until we can go more hands-on next week.

More basic maintenance work while Dov's on field duty. He managed to sneak in for a session (lieutenants can do that in a way that privates can't, dontcha know). He reports that squats at 255 are damned tough after sweating it out in the woods for days.

Dov's best 5RM for press was 145 going into this session. Today, he drilled it for 15 reps.
Bench: 200x5x3 (Sets across PR)
15 reps at a weight that's only 5lbs off of his best lifetime set of 5.
Squat (Volume): 235x5x4
Deadlift (Volume): 285x3x4
Completed these handily.

Some low-hanging fruit was available in the form of new 5-rep PRs for Dov. He crushed them both handily. I think I can run fives with him for a bit now.

That squat triple is at Dov's current best load for single.
