    squat 3x5 @ 135lb
    bench 3x5 @ 85lb
    deadlift 1x5 @ 210lb

This is the end of the second calendar week for me, since I started on Thursday, April 29. Some notes on my progress:

On the workouts, I'm bringing down my increments on squat from 10lb to 5lb starting on the next workout. Squat working sets have gotten to a point where I'm struggling to get explosiveness from my quads on the way up on the 5th rep, especially on the 2nd and 3rd sets. Resting for long enough seems to get me through this. Deadlift increments have already been brought from 15lb to 10lb. Bench and OHP are still at 5lb increments, although we'll see how I feel in the next couple of workouts.

One of my larger concerns now is improving walkout form on the squat, as the heavier weights make me feel like I need to nail that movement so I don't tire myself much before the first rep of a set.

    squat 3x5 @ 140lb
    press 1x5, 1x4, 1x3, 1x2, 1x1 @ 75lb
    deadlift 1x5 @ 220lb

Couldn't handle the weight on the press. I did get in 15 reps split up in the sets above instead of 3x5. Either I needed longer rests between the sets or this was just too heavy. Next press workout will be 77.5 instead of 80.

With warmups this last round took about ~40 minutes to finish.
I’m older so this may not apply, but I had to move to 5 min rest before and between my squat work sets. I take a 5 min rest before my deadlifts too.
I had to make sure more rest was not a factor before reducing my jumps.
Maybe you’re already doing that, I’m so slow I don’t have a feel for how quick a workout can be. I think my record is 90 min. So this could be a never mind.

    Great progress, keep at it.

Thank you. I think you're right, I'll try with 5lb increments on the press for now and just rest a bit more, see if I can push through a normal working set that way. I may have rushed it on that workout.

    squat 3x5 @ 150lb
    press 3x5 @ 80lb
    deadlift 1x5 @ 235lb

Resting longer on the press worked. Took about a 4m rest between each set.
