late 20s fully intact male who's work schedule precludes either 6,000 calories a day or 2 hour workouts
squat: 100 kg 5, 5, 5
1st rep of each set was high, will repeat
ohp: 51.25 kg 5, 5, 5
hard, but this is a beltless post-squatting PB, and only a microload away from equalling my overall 3 * 5 PB
chin up: +18.75 kg 5; +8.75 kg 5, 5
hard but it's a deadhang PB
i'm not using belts for anything atm. probably won't use them for squats or deadlifts for a while as they seem to give me a sore

squat: 80 kg 5; 90 kg 5; 100 kg 5
finding a weight i can do for 5 all to proper depth
bench press: 70 kg 5, 5, 5
all reasonably easy. micro load on from here and will consider a belt
deadlift: 137.5 kg 5
last 2 reps are work to get past the knee but all good otherwise

made sure i actually went to depth on each rep this time
ohp: 52.5 kg 4, 4; 47.5 kg 5
belted up for this but belt felt too loose. will try again
chin up: 96.4 (76.4+20) kg 5; 86.4 kg 5, 5
got the 5 but all sorts of messed up. last rep chin only just cleared bar. will stay at this weight

really rather easy now i've found the right spot for the bar
bench press: 71.25 kg 5, 5, 5
all reasonably easy. belted up better than for ohp last time
deadlift: 140 kg 5
last 2 reps are work to get past the knee. if anything, easier than last time

balance in belt seems a touch off. all misses were due to balance issues, and i actually almost fell over in the middle of the first, successful set

less ugly than last attempt

bizarre fail on the first set: right arm locked out on second rep while left arm didn't budge an inch. was spooked on second set and didnt try for 5
deadlift: 142.5 kg 5
near limit. i will try to equal my PB on friday and then put this on a weekly progression on weds

2nd set, last rep, right arm locked out, left did nothing. bizarre. i wonder if its due to my fingers around squat grip? will change that and have another go on monday

LP is over here, going to do volume mondays and intensity fridays from now on

left elbow hurt like hell, couyldn't even finish warm up
bench press: 72.5 kg 4, 5; 65 kg 5
didn't attempt last rep on 1st set. will try again, perhaps go top set and drop if i'm still not getting it
deadlift: 145 kg 5
equals PB, very much limit. time to set some weekly outright PBs

AMRAP on the last triple is probaby a 5-rep PB. i've definitely tried and failed 55 kg for 5 a couple of times
squat: 100 kg 5, 5, 5
better grip but now the bar is fractionally too far up my back. need to do the low bar stretch more
chin up (V): 75.4 + 11.25 kg 5, 5, 5, 5, 5
sets 1-3 were easy, arms were totally gone by the last set, barely managed it

bench press: 67.5 kg 5; 73.75 kg 3, 4
was supposed to be top set and drop sets, but i chickened out after 3 reps on top set, so i got myself to have another go at it instead of the second drop set
deadlift: 147.5 kg 3; 130 kg 3
technically a beltless PB. chickened out on what was supposed to be a set of 5, punished myself with an extra triple.
