W4D1
Bench: 100x5x3
Press: 80x3x3
Gains on both. Press is looking wonky again, and it seems to be partially load-based. Might need to drop under for some intentional hypertrophy work on the press. Some sets of 8, 10, 12 to drill pattern and similar. I dunno. I'm really hoping AS's weigh-in tomorrow is favorable.

W4D2
Squat: 115x5x3
Deadlift: 165x5
These are looking better. Squats are now knees out, better braced all around, bar's in the right place. AS still has trouble finding depth, though. Like ... he can hit it, but on a set of 5, I can count on 2 being high, 2 being low, and 1 being right on target.

W4D3
Press: 82.5x3, 65x8x3
Dude needs some reps, or else I need to consider using 1lb jumps or something. Still, got a PR triple out of him today.
Bench: 105x3, 95x5x2
PR triple here with backoffs.

W4D4
Squat: 120x5x3
We deloaded to 95 last time he was at 120 due to unacceptable form: He's looking much better now.
Deadlift: 175x5
+10 on this. Much better back-setting happening.

Layoff due to heavy responsibilities piling up. And ... dude lost weight down to 138 pounds.
Ran sets of 5 up like it was day 1, landed at these:
W5D1 (of 2)
Bench: 85x5x3
Press: 65x5x3
These looked stronger than I expected for the post-layoff.
-
W5D2 (of 2)
Squat: 95x5x3
These looked much better than last time I saw AS squat. Some consistency of diet and training will benefit greatly.
Deadlift: 155x5
Also much better.

W6D1 and 2
Bench: 90x5x3
Press: 67.5x5x3
Squat: 105x5x3
Deadlift: 165x5

W7D1
Long layoff ... AS came back weighing 136lbs (yikes!) but did well today..
Press: 70x5, 5, 10
Bench: 90x5, 5, 10
Cheeky rep-outs last set each time.
-
W7D2 (of 2)
Squat: 110x5x3
Deadlift: 170x5
-
W8D1
Press: 75x5, 5, 7
Bench: 95x5, 5, 7
Able to go +5 on both of these and he still gave extra reps on set 3 of each.
