    Press was kind of a mess today. One of my last remaining vestiges of Crossfit is taking my breath at the top of the press. I experimented with breathing at the bottom and, well, it didn't work out so well. Honestly, I probably wouldn't have gotten all 5 reps anyway, so I'll be moving up in 1lb increments.

    I was running out of time, so I experimented with a 15 min EMOM for my cleans. It was fun, but I probably should have used a heavier weight.

    Three plates on the deadlift, yay! Unfortunately, the third "plate" was a 25 and two 10s. Hopefully The Strength Co gets some 45's in stock before I run out of weights to add. I'm good for another two deadlift days, I think.

    Wouldn't you know, I get an email from The Strength Co this morning saying they've got 45's in stock again. ~$240 later, I should have a pair in a few days or so

    Seriously. I thought about driving up to Orange County to avoid the shipping costs, but ran the math given the current gas prices and determined that I would save $15 by having the weights shipped, lol!
