    Week 3/Day 3

    Squat 260x5x3
    Bench 205x5x3
    MAG grip row 180x8x1, 180x6x1, 180x7x1

Another solid session. My lower back was a bit fatigued after squats. I used a belt on the last set and I think that helped greatly. Bench flew up smoothly, very happy with my progress on it.

    Week 3/Day 4
    Deadlift 285x5x1
    MAG grip row 180x8x1, 180x7x2

Great session, best deadlift session to date I think. I definitely am getting more power from starting with my hips low, but not low enough where I hitch forward at the start of the lift. I am happy with how my seated MAG grip rows have been progressing, as well. It seems getting stronger at a back compound made my accessory that much stronger, who would've thought.

    Week 4/Day 1

    Squat 265x5x3
    Bench 225x5x1, 225x3x2

Squats went well once again, the belt is reinforcing good form for me. I decided to up the weight on bench as I felt it was too easy. I got an easy 5 for the first set, but was able to get 3 on the last two sets.

    Week 4/Day 2
    Deadlift 300x5x1
    MAG grip row 180x8x2, 180x7x1

Great deadlift day. I was very happy with how the previous deadlift session went, and this one went the same. This was the first deadlift session where I used a belt (only for the working set).

    Week 4/Day 3

    Squat 275x5x3
Bench (messed around with 225, slacking on this, need to focus)

Squats went well again, decided to take a 10 lb jump, I was eager to see two 45s and a 25 on the bar and I was able to do it. I need to go back down in weight for the bench, I was eager to see 2 plates on the bar but I need to get the 5 reps every set, so going back down to 215 next time.
