    Hitting the upper-body wall here; I'm going to scale her back and walk up slow from here. Her backoff set on bench, though, 145x5: That's tied for her best set of 5 on the bench, so she's performing near-peak on pretty much everything. Time to blow the lid off of some PRs.

    Granny: She really is. I'm thinking she may hit some USPA meets in New Jersey next year. She's a joy to coach, real warrior spirit to her (possibly moreso even than her brother whom I coached in person ... who is an Army officer and West Point graduate).

    Squats: I'm gearing her up towards a mock-meet on Friday. We're calling it Khristmas Killtrain. I figure since she wants PRs, might as well make them a Christmas present. We'll go back to more standard training afterwards, but she's earned a chance to see where her top end is.

    Bench and deadlift she surprised herself, mostly just proving that the process works: She's repping every exercise at 97+ % of her measured previous maximums, as a matter of routine.
