    Another +10 to SQT and +5 to DLT. Bench just wasn't there, but some of it was due to lack of a hand-off (lifting alone today). Used a lot of her energy getting it self-unracked.

    This is the last or second-to-last time I'll have her take singles before her meet. Going to take a week for some work-cap drive-up.
