The coach they saw did some great form-work with them; did not lessen the loads so at least I was loading them appropriately. Hopefully great things are coming!

Still hovering right around entry weight. Longer term they both want to lose "scale weight" but for now I'm happy to see them gaining strength in an essentially calorie-neutral environment. They, too, are content so far, happy with strength gain.

SQT Attempted empty bar; hip pain unbearable. He's seeing someone this week about it.
Told Bill to reduce weight from 155 to 95, hoping that would help, but even 45lbs was a nogo. So I had him do some leg presses.
